Here at “Awesome Bodies”, we run Personal Training and Group Fitness sessions in Bethnal Green and the East London areas with the aim of showing you how incredible your body really is!
Working out is for everyone, no matter what your current level of fitness. All you have to do is take the first step and start and you will discover that your body is capable of achieving incredible things!

Our Bootcamps currently run on Tuesdays & Thursdays 18:30-19:30 at Cranbrook Community Centre (E2 0RB) and on Saturdays 10:30-11:30 in Meath Gardens (E2 0SN).
1-2-1 Personal Training sessions can take place in any of the local parks as well as in your own home. Get in touch for options.

“Awesome Bodies” is run by Dani who grew tired of toxic gym culture and the pressures to train & diet to look a certain way & achieve the “perfect” body. Instead, she decided to turn her focus to learning how to appreciate the amazing body she has – how to look after it, nourish it and discover it’s incredible strength and unlimited potential to develop new skills and take on challenges… And she wants you to do the same with your own body! Learn to love your workouts, increase your confidence and achieve things you never thought you could!
