Social Streets C.I.C is a local media specialist based in Bow that publishes community-led publications, including the online platform Roman Road LDN and the print news and culture magazine The Slice.  We offer digital marketing services including paid Facebook and Google Ads, social media management, web design as well as digital training to help local organisation thrive online.

We publish a growing network of neighbourhood magazines, including Whitechapel LDN, Bethnal Green LDN and Poplar LDN, providing high-quality editorial content about local communities in across Tower Hamlets.

As part of our community-led model of local journalism, we offer a citizen journalism scheme. We work closely with local people to develop their journalism skills including pitching an idea, research, interviewing and writing online.

Social Streets also offers digital training, mentoring and access programmes to ensure the local community is able to benefit from the local digital ecosystem. This includes working with young people and those with low digital skills.
