Tough week? Feeling frazzled? Time to punch it out. Our friendly, non-contact boxing classes will help you sweat and reset.
Whatever your level, you’ll leave feeling stronger, recharged and ready to make the most of your week.
Learn the essential elements of boxing, from throwing the perfect jab, to footwork. You’ll do padwork in pairs to put these skills into practice, followed by strength and conditioning work. We’ll then guide you through mindful movement and breathing activities.
Warm and welcoming, we don’t care how you look on Instagram! All equipment is provided, so whatever your fitness or ability – put down your phone and just show up.
First class just £6. No experience required, but if you have boxing skills and want to level up, we’re here for you too!
