Event description
Residents are invited to ask the Tower Hamlets Mayor, John Biggs, on the Liveable Streets programme this Tuesday as well as have their say on other local issues of concern.
Over the last 18 months, the Liveable Streets team has been holding consultations with the Bow community to understand the changes they would like to see to the local streets and public spaces and hear any suggested improvements on the programme.
Join online on Tuesday 12 January to ask your questions about these changes in Bow scheduled to be introduced later this year.
Mayor John Biggs is hosting a special edition of his regular question and answer session on the plans, which you can book a place for through their Eventbrite page.
Part of the topics to discuss includes an exemption scheme for vehicles designated by Blue Badge holders and options for the operation of the Roman Road and Coborn Road bus gate and timed closure.
If residents can’t attend, they can e-mail questions to liveablestreets@towerhamlets.gov.uk with the subject ‘Ask The Mayor’.
