Event description
SAC-RELIG is a supper club fusing Bengali, Italian and West Chinese cuisines on Thursday 11 May.
Fugazzi Fusion presents a 4-course dinner experience. Come join us at Bow Arts’ Nunnery Café for an evening of ~ gracefully crossing boundaries ~ one too many food rules, three too many rules rules…
Fugazzi Fusion aka Jinia Tasnin returns to the Nunnery Café this spring to serve up an all new menu: lose yourself in jammy aubergines, chewy noodles with crispy edges, and surprising dried shrimp married to unctuous sauces. In these dishes, Bengali meets Italian meets West Chinese cuisine in the most tantalising fusion.
Jinia will be curating a special playlist to feed your ears. Check out the soundtrack to ‘Girls Love JADU’: The Frog Burial & Peanut Eating Ceremony at: https://www.jiniatasnin.com/girls-love-jadu
